Orders
When you complete your order, a confirmation email will be sent to your email address. The confirmation includes all details about products, price, billing, and shipping address.
If there is an error in the confirmation, please contact us via email at [email protected].

Delivery
Our normal delivery times are 2-4 days within Sweden. 5-8 days within Europe and 7-15 days in the rest of the world! Note! Orders placed on weekends will be shipped no earlier than the following Monday.

Prices
All prices in the store are stated in SEK.
We reserve the right to adjust prices due to changes from suppliers, misprints in the price list, and errors in prices due to incorrect information, and we reserve the right to adjust the price.

Right of withdrawal
When purchasing goods from our website, you, as a customer, have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal, which applies from the time you have received an item that you ordered.

5.1 When using your right of withdrawal:
You must notify us that you wish to withdraw. The notice should be sent to us at [email protected]. In your message, your name, address, email address, order number, and which items the return applies to should be clearly stated.
You should immediately and no later than within the statutory 14 days after notifying us of your withdrawal, return the products to us.
You are responsible for return shipping, delivery, and condition of the products upon return, so they should be well-packaged and in their original packaging.
We reserve the right to deduct an amount corresponding to the decrease in value compared to the product's original value if the product is used or damaged.

5.2 The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
Custom-made products, specifically tailored for you or having a clear personal touch based on your wishes.
Services that have been completed, and where you have explicitly consented to the service starting without a right of withdrawal.

Complaints
We inspect all products before they are sent to you. If the product is still damaged or incorrectly dispatched when it arrives, we commit to correcting the error free of charge in accordance with current consumer protection legislation.
You must always contact us for approval before returning a defective item.
The complaint should be sent immediately after the defect has been discovered.

6.1 How to proceed with a complaint?
Any errors and defects should always be reported to [email protected], where you provide your name, address, email address, order number, and a description of the error.
If we are unable to correct the error or deliver a similar product, we will refund you for the defective product in accordance with current consumer protection legislation. We cover the return shipping for approved complaints.
We reserve the right to reject a complaint if it turns out that the product is not defective according to current consumer protection legislation. For complaints, we follow guidelines from the National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN), see arn.se.

Limitation of Liability
We do not take responsibility for indirect damages that may arise due to the product.
We accept no responsibility for delays/errors due to circumstances beyond the company’s control (Force Majeure). Such circumstances can include labor disputes, fires, wars, government decisions, reduced or absent deliveries from suppliers.
Furthermore, no responsibility is taken for any changes in products/product characteristics made by the respective supplier or other factors beyond our control.

Product Information
We reserve the right for any typographical errors on this website as well as product sellouts. We do not guarantee that the images reflect the exact appearance of the products, as some color differences may occur depending on the display, photo quality, and resolution. We always strive to present the products as accurately as possible.

To manage your order and respond to questions related to your order (customer service), we store your first and last name, address, phone number, email address, IP address, and purchase history.
Your information is stored as long as we have a legal basis to process your data, such as to fulfill the agreement between us or to comply with a legal obligation, such as accounting laws.

In connection with a purchase, your personal data is processed to complete the agreement with you.

10.4 What data is shared and for what purpose?
10.4.1 Payment provider

When making a purchase, information is shared with our payment provider. The data stored are first name, last name, address, email address, and phone number. If you choose to pay by invoice, the personal identity number is also saved by the payment provider. The information is saved to complete the purchase and to protect the parties against fraud.

To deliver your orders and fulfill our agreement, we must share specific information with the shipping company. The shared information includes your first and last name, address details for delivery, and possibly email and/or phone number for notifications.

If you have chosen to subscribe to our newsletter, your first name, last name, and email address are shared with our newsletter provider. This is to keep you updated with information and offers for marketing purposes.

We use a Swedish platform, Quickbutik, operated by Quickbutik AB, based in Helsingborg.

Changes to the Terms and Conditions
We reserve the right to make changes to the terms at any time. Changes to the terms will be published online on the website. The amended terms are considered accepted in connection with orders or visits to the website.

Dispute and Law Choice
In the event that a dispute cannot be resolved in agreement with the company’s customer service and the customer, you as a customer can turn to the National Board for Consumer Disputes, see arn.se.
For residents of an EU country other than Sweden, complaints can be submitted online via the EU Commission's platform for mediation in disputes, see http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
In the event of a dispute regarding the interpretation or application of these general terms, Swedish law shall apply.
